Disregarding her training and ethics, she finds herself making huge changes in people’s lives – including her own. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they managed to get Harrison Ford on the show, Segel said Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type,” and it was made to listen to people like Ford. Segel told Goldstein that they should at least take it to Ford first, because they thought he would immediately turn it down, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford was involved in the project, which attracted interest from other major actors.

Two episodes in now and this show shows a lot of promise, the chemistry between the characters is infectious and sometimes even weird… heartwarming in a way that most shows aren’t, and solely reminiscent of the show’s community for these elements regarding.

Harrison Ford plays Dr

. I’m not sure if this is an accurate representation of the therapist’s way of dealing with issues, but it sure gives Jason Segel room to deal with it himself. Rhodes, Jason’s boss and mentor. I wasn’t sure how his character would work on this show, but Rhodes’ anti-social semblance certainly makes for a person Ford meets.

And the music is really good in this show

Quite well, considering the more troubling elements of Han Solo’s character in Star Wars, it just fits this show like a glove. Somewhat too relatable, Sean (Luke Tennie) plays a son figure to Jimmy (Segel) while dealing with family issues with his daughter Alice (Lukita Maxwell)… What I’m seeing here seems so vibrant and the possibilities are perhaps (?) endless , as I see Jimmy navigating these things. Btw, the intro theme of this show is so good that I didn’t miss it even when I watched episode 2…

Overall, this is an amazing show and I hope it only gets better from here
