It tells the story of three very different families competing to buy the same 1920s Spanish-style villa that they believe will solve all their problems. Denis Leary and Ray Romano starred in the Ice Age franchise (2002-present). It took a while to figure out where and how everything would happen. And it took a while to find a balance between the dark humor and what ultimately was a fairly straightforward crime novel. At first, it was hard to connect with the characters who often seemed either silly or evil… I can understand why some people watched one episode and then put it down. There’s so much to see, so much to see, so little time… But I think perseverance pays off here. Some may find the ending a little cheesy, but there’s nothing wrong with a little sentimentality this time of year. I really enjoyed it. “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is one of the most important TV and streaming premieres of this month. Check out our December calendar for more information!
