It was dull, painfully predictable, and dragged on far longer than necessary. Nothing about it was remotely engaging. The main character is utterly unremarkable, and the supposed interactions between her and the monster felt flat, lifeless, and lacked any real tension or intrigue.The whole experience left me wishing something-anything-interesting would happen, but it was all so obvious and uninspired.The protagonist isn't even particularly likable from the outset, and as much as I usually try to feel some sort of empathy for the character, here I found myself completely indifferent.I just wanted this film to be so much better. It had potential, but it missed the mark entirely.
